3D Printing Filament Compound (PLA, Natural and Coloured)
A PLA pellet compound formulated for extruding 1.75mm 3D printing filament on the buyer's own line, supplied natural or coloured. Melt behaviour is held consistent so diameter holds through a full spool.

Heat-Resistant 3D Printing Filament Compound (Modified PLA)
A heat-modified PLA compound, supplied as pellets for filament extrusion, producing prints that hold their shape at elevated temperature where standard PLA parts deform. The raised heat deflection takes PLA into functional use.

Food Contact 3D Printing Filament Compound (PLA, FDA)
An FDA-compliant PLA compound, supplied as pellets for filament extrusion, for printing articles that will contact food. It lets the filament producer document the material, which most 3D printing filament cannot.

Graphene-Enhanced Conductive Filament Compound (PLA/PBAT)
A graphene-loaded PLA/PBAT compound, supplied as pellets for extrusion into electrically conductive 3D printing filament. It is used where a printed part must carry a circuit, sense, shield or dissipate static.

Absorbable Surgical Suture Compound (PLA/PCL)
A high-purity medical grade PLA/PCL compound for manufacturing absorbable surgical sutures, supplied as a raw material to qualified medical device manufacturers. The ratio of the two polyesters sets the absorption profile.

Absorbable Bone Fixation Compound (PLA/PLGA)
A high-purity medical grade PLA/PLGA compound for absorbable bone screws and fixation devices, supplied as a raw material to qualified device manufacturers. The glycolide fraction sets the degradation rate.

Drug Delivery Carrier Compound (PLA)
A medical grade PLA compound, supplied as pellets, for controlled-release drug delivery carriers. It is supplied as a raw material to qualified pharmaceutical manufacturers, who develop the release profile themselves.

Medical Antimicrobial Film and Bag Compound (PLA/PBAT)
A medical grade PLA/PBAT compound carrying an antimicrobial modification, supplied as pellets for producing medical films and bags. The modification is compounded into the resin rather than coated onto the finished film.

Medical Wound Dressing Compound (PLA/PBAT Fibre Composite)
A medical grade PLA/PBAT fibre composite compound for wound dressing substrates, supplied as a raw material to qualified device manufacturers. The fibre structure of the dressing governs moisture balance at the wound bed.

Pineapple Leaf Fibre Reinforced Biocomposite Compound (PLA/PBAT)
A PLA/PBAT biocomposite reinforced with pineapple leaf fibre, an agricultural residue, supplied as pellets for injection moulding and extrusion. It is stiffer and stronger than the unfilled polymer and higher in renewable content.

Calcium Stearate
Calcium stearate is the calcium salt of stearic acid, a vegetable-derived white soap melting at 149-155C, used as an acid scavenger, co-stabiliser and internal lubricant. It is supplied in 125, 200 and 325 mesh, and as beads and granules.

Zinc Stearate
Zinc stearate is the zinc salt of stearic acid, a vegetable-derived white soap used as a PVC co-stabiliser, mould release agent and anti-tack dusting powder in rubber. It melts considerably lower than calcium stearate, at 119-125C.

Glycerol Monostearate
Glycerol monostearate is a non-ionic glycerol ester of stearic acid, a milky white to pale yellow waxy or powdery solid, odourless and tasteless, freezing at 60-70C. It is supplied in 40% and 90% monoglyceride grades.

Acetonitrile
Acetonitrile (CAS 75-05-8) at 99.9% minimum purity, a polar aprotic solvent recovered from acrylonitrile production. Supplied to limits on water, acidity, total cyanide, ammonia, acrylonitrile and acetone, in 160 kg drums or ISO tanks.

Tetrahydrofuran (THF)
Tetrahydrofuran (CAS 109-99-9) at 99.95% content, stabilised with BHT and held to 150 ppm water and 30 ppm peroxides. The standard ether solvent for Grignard and organometallic chemistry, PVC dissolution and PTMEG production.

n-Hexane
n-Hexane (CAS 110-54-3) in five grades from 60% to 99% n-hexane content, with a 64-70 °C boiling range and benzene held to 0.01%. The lower grades suit oilseed extraction; the 97% and 99% grades serve pharmaceutical and polymer processing.

Cyclohexane
Cyclohexane (CAS 110-82-7) at 99.9% purity with benzene held to 50 mg/kg. The feedstock for the KA oil that becomes nylon 6 and nylon 6,6, and a non-aromatic solvent for resins, rubber and paints. It freezes at 6.5 °C.

Methylcyclohexane
Methylcyclohexane (CAS 108-87-2) at 99.5% minimum content, typically 99.9%, with toluene held to 10 ppm and no detectable benzene. A non-aromatic solvent made by hydrogenating toluene, used in coatings, adhesives, extraction and synthesis.

Ethylcyclohexane
Ethylcyclohexane (CAS 1678-91-7) at 99.6% minimum, made by hydrogenating ethylbenzene, with residual ethylbenzene held to 0.5% and water to 0.1%. A slow-evaporating naphthenic solvent and synthesis intermediate boiling at about 132 °C.

n-Heptane
n-Heptane (CAS 142-82-5) at 99% minimum, with aromatics held to 50 ppm and sulphur to 1 ppm; a 97% grade is also available. The zero point of the octane scale and the lower-toxicity replacement for hexane in pharmaceutical processing.
