Not as a blanket claim. A certificate belongs to the plant that makes a grade: where a producer holds a management-system or product certificate, we share it after checking that its scope covers that site. REACH and UK REACH points, usually the importer's duty, are raised substance by substance.

Contracts and invoices are issued by Bio Green Wax Ltd. Payment is usually by bank transfer or letter of credit, and the terms written into each offer reflect the order value, pack format and how long your company has bought from us.

Can you export chemicals to my country?

Often, yes, but Bio Green Chem checks every destination before making an offer. For chemicals the deciding points are the hazard class, the import and registration rules in your market (EU REACH or UK REACH, for example) and a carrier that accepts the UN number by road or sea. Send the delivery country or port with the CAS number, and we check the route, Incoterm and shipping documents.

There is no standard lead time for chemicals. Timing depends on the grade and producer, any QC sample approval, the pack, and dangerous-goods booking for classified loads. Each offer sets out the lead time for its pack option, so you can plan production around it.

Regulated-material enquiries are reviewed against classification, packaging, carrier and destination requirements before Bio Green Chem confirms whether supply can be offered.

Yes, on request, for grades where the producer issues them: the SDS in GHS/CLP format, a TDS listing flash point, viscosity or bulk density, and a recent COA with assay and impurity results. Any documents already uploaded for a product are also listed on its page.

For many grades, yes. Lab samples and trial drums for QC or formulation work are packed and labelled for their hazard class. Some classified materials cannot go by courier, so tell us the product, sample size, test and address; we confirm what can ship and any cost.
