Loose fill is bulky and expensive to ship as a finished product, so converters increasingly foam it at the point of use. This powder compound is made for that: a starch and PBAT system run on a loose-fill foaming line to produce peanuts locally. The water-soluble grade dissolves on contact with water, giving the recipient a disposal route that needs no separate collection stream. It is the grade to choose where the packaging will not encounter moisture in transit. Supplied as a raw material for processing on the buyer's own line. We do not produce finished articles.
