Thermoforming is governed by how evenly the sheet draws when heated. A grade that sags or thins at the corners produces trays with weak points wherever the draw ratio is highest. This compound is formulated for a controlled, even draw. Supplied FDA compliant for cold and chilled use. For hot food or microwave reheating, use the heat-resistant thermoforming grade. Supplied as a raw material for processing on the buyer's own line. We do not produce finished articles.
