Water softening: Chelates calcium/magnesium, prevents scale. Food: Water retention, anti-oxidation, thickening (meat, beverages, ice cream). Detergent: Boosts cleaning, prevents deposits. Industrial: Dispersant, corrosion inhibitor (dyeing, papermaking, drilling). Others: Cement hardener, metal anti-rust. Supplied with a current safety data sheet, certificate of analysis and the transport documentation required for its classification. Technical, food and pharmaceutical grades are quoted on request.
