Synthetic Beeswax

About This Product
Synthetic beeswax is a formulated wax material designed to reproduce selected physical functions of natural beeswax. It may use combinations of wax-forming components such as esters, hydrocarbons, fatty acids or alcohols. The trade description identifies a performance category rather than disclosing one universal composition. In a chemical formulation, its role is to develop oil-phase structure, binding and application properties. Qualification should compare the replacement blend against the actual functional requirement: firmness, flexibility, oil retention or payoff. A material that matches one property may behave differently under the same cooling cycle or with a different emollient package. Request the full ingredient identity and origin statement for the offered grade. Synthetic does not automatically mean animal-free; a vegan requirement needs specific supporting documentation. Agree melting behaviour, hardness, colour and odour, then test the complete formula. The separate Synthetic Vegan Beeswax listing is intended for enquiries with an explicit non-animal-origin requirement.
