About This Product
JX-0235 is a wax powder supplied in 20 kg paper-plastic bags. The supplier gives a working addition level of 0.5-3% across different systems and notes it can be dispersed directly into solvent-based coatings and inks by high-speed stirring, without a separate milling step. In coatings and inks a micronised wax migrates to the surface of the drying film and concentrates there, where it provides slip, scratch and rub resistance, and controls surface gloss. Being able to stir it in directly rather than pre-disperse it is a meaningful process saving for a coatings formulator. L-2063 is a pale white grain supplied in 25 kg paper-plastic composite bags, used widely in PVC hard product extrusion and injection moulding.
