PVC Internal Lubricant

About This Product
An internal lubricant is compatible with PVC and stays dissolved in the melt, where it reduces chain-to-chain friction. The effect is lower melt viscosity and less frictional heat generated during shear, which protects the compound from thermal degradation in high-output extrusion. The distinction from external lubrication matters in practice. External lubricants sit at the metal interface and delay fusion; internal lubricants work inside the melt and do not, so they can be used to control viscosity without sacrificing the gelation needed for impact strength. Most real formulations use both, balanced against each other. JX-L-G16S is a light yellow to white solid for PVC transparent sheet, film, pipe and pipe fittings, supplied in 25 kg paper-plastic bags. L-G16 is a liquid in 190 kg PE-lined iron drums for rigid and plasticising PVC processing. L-G60 is a white fine granular product in 25 kg bags covering PVC profiles, sheet, pipes and fittings, CPVC products, transparent films, pipes and hose, and soft PVC processing.
