Leavening agent: Bread, crackers, fried dough sticks (releases gas when heated). Fertilizer: Quick-acting nitrogen fertilizer (non-caking to soil). Buffer: pH adjustment (laboratory, fermentation). Fire extinguishing agent: Component of dry chemical fire extinguishers. Others: Plastic foaming agent, rubber vulcanization aid. Supplied with a current safety data sheet, certificate of analysis and the transport documentation required for its classification. Technical, food and pharmaceutical grades are quoted on request.
